Plus, the ‘Breaking Dawn’ set designer gives official confirmation: Rob & Kristen ‘are actually a couple!’

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may not want to openly discuss their relationship, but fortunately for us, the Breaking Dawn set designer is a big talker! “Rob and Kristen are actually a couple in real life,” designer Richard Sherman tells Architectural Digest. “When he’s with her, he’s a little more restrained. When he’s not around, like most guys when their wives or girlfriends aren’t around, he’s a little looser.”

Wow! Who’d have thought we’d get the best analysis of Rob and Kristen’s relationship from the Breaking Dawn set designer?!

While it’s easy to read that quote and determine that Kristen is somehow stifling Rob’s free spirit, we’re choosing to interpet it as Rob just being a great boyfriend. When he’s around her — as we noted at their recent concert date in London — he’s very attentive to her. When she’s around, he keeps an eye on her, and we love that about him.

In have asked myself the same thing. Even if I could be his girlfriend I wouldn’t want to be. The whole thing how they came together, there astrology chart, karma is very interesting. For Me and I’m 45 years old I think there so perfect for each other. Kristen is strong, and he needs that push. They will never in life truly be happy with out each other. Just think about how much they have shared so far in life and SO much more to go. Kristen needs to be more friendly with the fans though and enjoy this while is lasts. Because on day like Rob says they will be saying remember when? She and her parents live 5 minutes from my house and I have seen her driving around. She if a valley person like me. I love her realness (not fake) and Rob, well so funny and I bet he is a lot of fun to be around. Well that’s my honest feelings. Lisa (Reseda)

i really love how when there at the comic cons or other things live that they always end up having there own convos and lil jokes lol ahah they are just so cute together lol and it always made me laugh when ppl lyk their TRUE FANS would say there cute and together others would try and come and bash us saying there not and Rob cant stand Kristen or the other way around but the next day they would post a video on here of them giggling together or piks of them at concerts or any where always hugged up together lol… Im really happy that they are happy together and pray that they stay that way…

@ True Lies, you are a nut case. You are basically saying that Rob has no brain. This man is highly intelligent, handsome and rich. As the world knows that he could be with ANYBODY, BUT ….. he keeps going back to Kristen. It must be making sick how serious they are getting now…. living together, going on dates with his parents, hanging with his childhood friends….. oooohhhhhh…. however Kristen is, Rob luvvvvvs her. Its not your life, its his life, and if you care about him you will want him to be happy.

I agree in part with what True Lies said. I like both Rob and Kristen, very fond of them, and I, as the rest of you, would be happy to see them get married. Ah, young love is true love. HOWEVER, if Kristen doesn’t change her ways, she will lose a GOOD MAN, I think. She needs to mature more. One doesn’t contradict your man in front of people, not mentioning that the whole world is watching. Not just once, but a few times, I’ve seen her mimicked Rob, when he was trying to formulate a response, and started with “ah”, and Kristen would be there mimicking him with “ah”. So irritating and disrespectful, and yet Rob was so supportive of her when she couldn’t be coherent in her responses, he was there to add some comments to ease the awkwardness. I hope she changes fast, because these little things cause resentment and eventually, hate builds up. Love has to be nurtured, not by showing the whole world that one is smarter than one’s partner, but by being supportive and not making fun of him. Her sentences too are always laced with the word “f…”. Well, sheesh, that word loses it’s effectiveness when used in every effing sentence. If she wants to keep Rob, she should smarten up.

That was one interpretation and probably a good one as it was obtained first hand. Between all the written, verbal & emotional baggering she takes, Kris goes through a lot from outsiders to be with Rob. He knows it and there may be a bit of guilt there so he takes extra care when he’s with her. They both know that people find fault in everything she does or says and she’s been cornered a few times by unyielding paps which makes her defensive and sends her over the edge sometimes. Much like S. Gomez, Kris has had to deal with stalkers and her life being threatened just because she’s with Rob. I believe he is very protective of her and he should be. She is a petit thing and it wouldn’t take much to do some real physical damage to her. Bodyguards are great, but he is the one in love with her which means he has a vested interest in keeping her healthy and safe. When you love someone and you know they are vulnerable, you keep a watchful eye which is what he should do and that’s what he does. Obviously, when he’s by himself he can relax those protective instincts and just hang. He’s got a good balance going.

Rob is all about Kristen and that’s all there is to it. They love each other deeply and it pisses off a lot of people who have not and never will find that kind of love. I wish nothing but the best for them and hope they make it as a couple like their parents did.

The only reason that Rob is restrained around her is because he has to be careful. Kristen has a hot temper and easily gets annoyed, snaps at him and puts him down. Rob is a gentle and sweet soul and Kristen is not. She emasculates most men let alone a shy and introspective guy like Rob. He walks on egg shells around her due to her hostile and explosive demeanor. These two started out as friends (she had a boyfriend, Michael Angarano). He soon found out that she was “shocking, has an anger behind her quiet” and hostile. Rob has been carrying the movie and covering for this twit for a long time. Read/watch her interviews after New Moon and you will see how lacking in personality, crude and vulgar she is. Listen to the Runaways CD commentary. Kristen is not with Rob because he knows who she really is.

All of her strange comments, finger flipping, glares, rolled eyes, dirty looks, nasty comments about Rob and her weird vibe (off set and promo) SHOW who she really is. Rob is her friend only. No sane guy would want any part of that troubled girl. She came out after Runaways and was asked to go back in for the sake of the movies. They pay her to act like a girl now. Don’t believe the bull pumped out to cover for her. They had 5 movies to keep everyone’s interest in and having the “are they or aren’t they” speculation helped divert attention from her comments about being gay and strange behavior at Sundance Film Fest and Welcome To Riellys press tour. Rob and Taylor are saints for putting up with this punky troubled girl.

OMG listen to yourself. Rob’s sense of humour is weird he freely admits that.
He was asked after doing Little Ashes where he plays Salvador Dali what it felt like playing a mgay role. His answer was it was a little weird two straight guys doing that.
Recent BD interview …interviewer any recent crushes on family members? Rob… er no, have two sisters and all my cousins are boys so definitely not.

I was stood behind these two and their friends at a recent Marcus Foster gig in London. They acted like any other couple I know, he had his hand in the back of her jeans pocket all night holding her close, she had her arm around him. They shared little kisses and it was the icing on the cake for me. Just confirmed what we already knew.

What I really don’t get though is if either of them were gay, so what??? Are you all really so homophobic?

true lies, you are seriously nuts…. rob and kristen are a couple on and off screen.If you seen bd you could see it in their kiss that was not acting.They are now living together why she finishes her movie,Rob has two movies getting ready to come out so he will be busy,and so will kristen,she has on the road and snow white to show off.Plus the two of them come from very loving and stable families, I think you are a mean jealous person.the real truth is that rob and kristen are soul mates and when you understand a person like they understand each other you don’t have to worry about what other people say.She has gotten more secure with herself since bd came out,they have been showing their love for each other,kristen has been more showing her love by holding and keeping rob close to her. so true lies get a grip start back on your meds because your seeing things that are not there.As always my prayers and peace go out to the pattinson and stewart families and to rob and kristen and god give them the strength to deal with idiots like you…p.s. give bear a big hug for me he must be getting big. he is a lucky dog..peace and love. k.

I suppose that you have NEVER met her in person. Ever heard of the saying, “Never judge a book by its cover”? Well, that’s what you’re doing. I haven’t seen ALL of her interviews or commentaries, but I think that she is nice despite of her looks and despite of what YOU say. You wanna know what I think of you? I think that you’re a judgemental person and that if for any possible reason you meet Kristen in PERSON, you are NOT going to give her a chance and just explode at her, telling her EXACTLY what you just said in your comment. Then, after that, I’m SURE the security people will carry you out, AND you’ll be forbidden to ever go near one of the Twilight stars. INCLUDING Rob and Taylor.

I think they’ve been a couple for quite awhile. I respect that they don’t want to discuss their relationship publicly. It has been fun to speculate about them as they act in the Twilight movies. Their relationship seems to be able to handle separation (maybe that’s the key!) and time. They are still young, but definetly have matured. Hope they continue to have fun together.

They are very touchy with each other. Kristen is getting more touchy with Rob lately and they keep on staring and attentive with each other during their interviews. I think they are more free to show affection now since Twilight series will come to its end soon. I remember Rob saying that after twilight people will not be interested in the headlines. Maybe that’s the reason why they’re more less restrained in showing their affection in public. They have been spotted holding hands, kissing, and dating.
