The troubled country singer reportedly took her son Zander from her father’s home and they haven’t been seen since!

After Mindy McCready took her son Zander from her father’s home on Nov. 29, a missing persons report was filed, Florida’s Department of Children and Families told the Associated Press. She doesn’t actually have custody of Zander — her mother does.

A judge said she must voluntarily return the boy by Dec. 1 or risk an arrest warrant, but the Cape Coral Police Lt. Tony Sizemore says that so far, there’s “no criminal act.”

Troubled Mindy is best known for her ’90s country hits and has gone through several suicide attempts and a stint on Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Celebrity Rehab.

According to People, Mindy posted a Facebook message Nov. 29 saying that Zander was fine: “My son is not missing” and that “police established that this afternoon via Skype. I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son, and bring him home. Please do not worry.”

Shocking news! Do you think Mindy will return her son? Or will she flee?
