The actress, 30, looks stunning on the January cover of ‘Lucky’ magazine, but reveals that she has so many insecurities!
Kirsten Dunst may seem like a confident Hollywood star in movies like Melancholia, but underneath that exterior, she worries about her pale skin and “moonface”. Luckily, she found a bit of confidence in her red hair, dyed for the Spiderman films, because it attracted the right kind of guy.
Kirsten tells Lucky magazine, “I attract a different kind of boy when my hair’s red. I get more quality men—like a more thoughtful, nerdy dude.”
The natural blonde should dye her hair red more often! She also regretted cutting her hair — which she did at a boyfriend’s suggetion — and can’t wait for it to grow back.
“I actually can’t wait to have long hair,” Kirsten says. “It’s getting a little longer and my face already looks better.”
The face Kirsten is referring to is her “moonface” that she sees when she looks at her red carpet photos.
“It’s such flat lighting! They take away my cheekbones — I just become a moonface,” Kirsten explains. “I hate those photos so much. I always look terrible.”
She is certainly her own toughest critic!
