We can’t get enough of Chloe — and apparently we aren’t the only ones! Check out her retro ‘ASOS’ cover and see what she had to say about her personal style, working with Johnny Dep and how her family keeps her grounded even though she’s in the spotlight!
Chloe Moretz has shown off so many different looks, but for the cover of ASOS she looks like a retro teen at a roller rink, popping bubbles and having fun — and we love it!
Photo after photo, Chloe proves why she’s the one to watch, doting around in everything from colorful frocks and Converse to faux fur and sparkle jeggings in her fun and fierce editorial spread. The young star reveals even more about her eccentrically cute fashion style and admits her newfound love for everything grunge!
“I have a lot of looks but right now I’m really into grunge,” she dished to ASOS. “Messy hair, black heels. I get really Michelle Pfeiffer with it.”
Chloe says her mom won’t let her buy a lot of designer gear, but she she likes to embrace her love of street style even when she’s wearing high end items by mixing in pieces from some of her favorite stores like Topshop, Urban Outfitters and American Apparel.
With her adorable smile and effortlessly cool style, it’s no wonder why she’s on everyone’s radar! To see Chloe’s full spread, check out the ASOS!
This is what else she had to say
:
Chloë on filming Tim Burton’s upcoming film Dark Shadows based on a 60’s cult TV show with Johnny Depp:
‘I can’t even begin to tell you how exciting it is to go on set each day with Johnny Depp. I have to pinch myself. How did this happen? How do you end up in a movie with all of these people?’
The two sides of Chloë:
‘There are two sides of me. There’s the friend Chloe, the actress Chloe. When I’m talking about work, I’m more conscious and listen to what I say, I guess you have to be. I’m in a business you can’t be a little kid in, or you don’t make it far. I’ve learned a lot from my mom. She’s a strong business woman.’
On her relationship with her mother:
‘My mom’s smart, she knows what’s going on. I’m in the sort of business where anything could happen. I respect her for being strict, even though we fight about it.’
Chloë would find herself memorizing her older brothers monologue recordings for New York’s Performing Arts School:
‘The lines would just jump into my head. My mom would get calls from the school like “Why is your daughter talking about killing someone?” but I’d just memorized the monologue.’
