A friend close to Liam Hemsworth tells HollywoodLife.com he’s 100% Team Miley, despite the heat she’s under right now
Liam Hemsworth isn’t about to bail by his lady’s side, even if she admitted to smoking “way too much f***king weed” on camera at her nineteenth birthday. A source close to the 21-year-old Australian actor says he’s standing by Miley Cyrus and thinks their relationship is better than ever.
“Liam is in full support of Miley through this whole weed controversy,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “He knows it will blow over and that she is a target for these types of controversy. He has not put much thought to it at all.”
Miley, 19, and Liam first fell for each other when they were shooting the film The Last Song nearly three years ago. Since breaking up with each other for a brief time last year and then rekindling their romance, the couple has only been falling more and more in love, which is one reason Liam is turning his head with Miley’s latest scandal.
“He is in love with her and is in no way giving any thought to the haters over this or anything else that might come about,” our source says. “He is actually staying out of it and is only concerned about the relationship they have, which is currently going very very well.”
