Santana and Rachel take the lead on ‘I Kissed A Girl’ — does this mean what we think it does for the closeted cheerleader?

On the newest episode of Glee, Santana (Naya Rivera) and Rachel (Lea Michele) give a rousing rendition of Katy Perry‘s “I Kissed A Girl,” and we can’t help but wonder if Santana will come clean about dating Brittany (Heather Morris).

Last episode, Santana’s secret came out in a campaign commercial that attacked Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) for promoting a lesbian to head cheerleader.
