When it comes to finding the next great face, Michael is a pro — and luckily we’ll get to watch along while his model-making team hand picks and transforms girls with great potential on the new E! show ‘Scouted’! Michael stopped into the offices to give us the latest scoop on the show and what it takes to make it in the industry.

A veteran model manager who later went on to run his own agency, Michael Flutie definitely knows what it takes to find a model in the making — and while a majority of that is based on their individual look, personality and desire to succeed, there’s still things you can do at home if you’re hoping to catch the eye of a scout! Michael sends his team out all across America to find the latest, fresh faces and now, for the first time, we’ll be able to track their progression from their small towns and local malls to major model moments in NYC on the E! show Scouted, which premieres tonight!

We got to sit down and chat with Michael, who with over 25 years of agency experience definitely knows what it takes for a girl to succeed in the business — in fact, he is the man behind many mega model moments, including launching the careers of Jaime King and Cindy Crawford, to name a few! He told us what we could expect from the upcoming series, how his model-making team works together, and what his talented scouts are looking for when they search for the next great face.

See what Michael had to share with us and be sure to tune in each week — and check back for updates and recaps from Michael himself!
