Scotty McCreery had the most embarrassing moment today during his first ever performance on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
Poor, Scotty McCreery! Even though lip syncing has become pretty widely accepted, especially on live broadcasts, the 18-year-old American Idol winner missed his cue during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and his voice started playing before he even had the mic to his mouth.
After the MC announced his song, Scotty smiled and in that brief moment, his single, “The Trouble With Girls,” started playing…complete with his voice. Unfortunately, he hadn’t even started singing yet. Yikes!

I think his title as an American Idol should be relinquished. It is an embarrassment to American Idol. He is not a true entertainer. James Durbin should have won that title. Scotty should go back to the farm and do what he obviously does well,farming.
He should stick his head in a giant cow pattie. Shame, shame on him!!
It wasn’t acceptable when Milli vanilli did that, and certainly shouldn’t be for Scottie. This just blew me away.
He should change his name to Scottie McLipsinc.
