Mariah Yeater Wants Justin Bieber To Take Second DNA Test

Is Mariah just making excuses so she can meet Justin?

Mariah Yeater insists Justin Bieber take another paternity test to find out if he’s the father of her child — with her present! Is it just because she wants to be in the same room with Justin?

Justin already completed one test — but Mariah’s lawyers argue that they can’t trust those results.

“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Mariah’s lawyer Jeffrey Leving told The New York Daily News.

“As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody,” Jeffrey adds.

Mariah claims that Justin impregnated her backstage at his concert at the Staples Center and that he is the father of her 3-month-old son Trystan.

Wow. Her behavior is appalling. Is it a fact that she’s after the cash or want to be next to Justin, moreso, meet him in person? C’mon young lady. This is not something a mother should ever do to her child. Even if it feels like it does help. This is having a huge toll on JB and it’s completely unfair of her to wage such unpalatable accusation just to gain something throughout this whole saga. It’s very painfull for him, even if I myself know and believe the accusations are false, and quite rightly so, has already taken it’s toll on him. Sometimes we tend to forget that these celebrities are, after all, humans and lead complicated lives just like anyone of us. Justin’s both sets of Justin’s parents have made their opinions heard and indeed, I believe every word they said. They taught Justin how to behave, he might be a teen but I doubt he’d let the fame take control of him and definitely don’t believe he would ever let his parents down by doing something like this. I hope and pray that the DNA tests prove that indeed Justin is not the father, but I also hope many young girls will learn from this to respect their bodies and more importantly, value themselves. I can only hope he moves on from this and continue to dazzle the world as he always does. I’m not a Bieliber, I’m just another admirer, hoping to see people respected for being simply, human beings.

She doesn’t need to be present. Her lawyer can be present to watch the DNA proceeding & Justin lawyer can watch DNA on Mariah. It can be done in the same time but not in the same room. Don’t give Mariah the chance to see JB in person. She’s just poison. A real mother would not subject her baby to this kind of media circus. Maybe she needed the money for the baby but there are many single mothers out there who raise their own kid. But I don’t think she cared about the baby knowing his real father. She just want the money. If the baby had really been Justin’s then the first thing she would have demanded is the DNA test & not the money.

Who knows, It may or may not be true. Ofcourse she is a wierdow and looks crazy but why would she do this like this far if she was lieing? It is just a waste of time. Cause if its a lie it only will harm her with out any gain. And it is wright for her to asks justin to take a DNA test again cuz they(her team hv to make sure it has been taken correctly. OK… I don’t really like Justin Bieber; but this crap is TOTALLY ridiculous!!! This woman is obviously a sick, deluded attention whore that belongs in an institution. Leave the kid alone, Yeater!!!
And, uhmmm, BTW… considering Justin’s age at the time of the alleged incident, why is She not being charged with statutory rape???!!! Hypothetically, even if He did come on to Her, She allowed it, and under the law that is statutory rape as He is a minor!!!

I agree. because if she did lie she could face some very serious consequences, especially if she was under oath. and why would she ask for a DNA test if she didn’t actually think he was the dad? DNA is the most legitimate form of evidence aside from first-hand witnesses. also, doing the test with her lawyers present is a smart thing to do. DNA tests are fudged ALL the time.

also she has a child. why would she waste money and time with her newborn AND risk going to jail for statutory rape (which her lawyers would have warned her about) to do this if it didn’t matter? She is an “attention-whore” but that doesnt mean she’s a liar.

and a news flash to all of the girls insulting her: calling her ugly doesnt prove that Justin didn’t do it. if I were a teen are pop sensation with raging hormones and millions of girls lusting after me, I woulda done it too lol and he alledgedly did it before he was “with” Selena.

**FYI I’m not a belieber or a “hater” i’m in the middle, completely impartial. I do like Justin’s music and he seems nice, though he’s not my favourite artist. I’m only speaking logically as a law and philosophy student.

Personally if I were Justin and his team I’d tell Mariah and her lawyers to go **** themselves. Justin took his test. He does not need and should not take another test. No credential labs in the USA will lie about the truth of evidence.
