Justin Bieber Paternity: Mariah Yeater Wants Another Test Done

Is Mariah just making excuses so she can meet Justin?

Mariah Yeater insists Justin Bieber take another paternity test to find out if he’s the father of her child — with her present! Is it just because she wants to be in the same room with Justin?

Justin already completed one test — but Mariah’s lawyers argue that they can’t trust those results.

“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Mariah’s lawyer Jeffrey Leving told The New York Daily News.

“As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody,” Jeffrey adds.

Mariah claims that Justin impregnated her backstage at his concert at the Staples Center and that he is the father of her 3-month-old son Trystan.

He’s one of the most powerful celebs in the world…….of course she would want her “baby’s” dad to be Justin. I mean who wouldn’t, but it’s still not OK to fraud something like that. We know Justin isn’t a father to anyone.

I don’t believe it she just the only one that knows and do does Justin but she could be lieing because she wants to have the population and Justin could be lieing because of his fame and his mother but most Likely isn’t do Mariah just be truthful to your self.

I do not believe for a second that that’s Justin baby, because I believe that if he said he never met the woman than he never met the woman, Celebrities are human beings that was have rumors like this go around and their not true, Miley had a rumor that she was pregnant with Nick Jonas’s baby (FALSE) Selena had a rumor that she was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby (FALSE!) Well what does she think she will accomplish? Shes on welfare and is not very mature, if Justin bieber is the father he’s more than likely to seek full custody and she’ll be the one paying child support. She probably never thought that part through, now did she?? This whole thing is ridiculous.

For all of you that say she should be in the room with him why reward her? If he had raped her would it be his right to be in the room then? There are ways of dealing with this so these 2 never have to be in the same room. I would never agree to be in the same room with her because everyother fan would be demanding the same thing and I would end up just living at the DNA lab!!!

I think a DNA test should be done with all parties involved present at the same time at a state court appointed lab,that way noone can say it was someone elses DNA used,I think if he is 100% positive he is not the father then he should have no problem with it instead of having a test done while he is in NJ, who sis to say with all the money he has that someone wasnt paid off to say it is his DNA sample, we all know that money talks & Bulls—- walks,

I agree with you, im on no ones side on this story, but just do the damn DNA test with everyone present in a court appointed lab so this doesnt keep going back and forth.. how annoying it must be.

I used to a fan of justin bieber, but not anymore cuz that is not what i should be focused on . And also i know that mariah yeater is telling the truth and not justin bieber because she was there this whole time, and also jb did one of the test in early november and now another one , and mariah yeater is the one who is telling the truth all this time, i also trust her and believe her as well. still justin bieber is still 17 yrs of age which makes him into becaming more of a mature adult, and just get ready mariah yeater when jb makes the lawsuit will be on you. i don’t know which year it happened, and i hope he isn’t the baby’s daddy because i still will help him all the way , to get him out of this thingy.

So the 1st dna test prove to not be his it will result in the same with the 2nd test that he not the father, if she is that obessed with him and continue to say that his baby, he will still have prove that he not the father. like he said he have nothing to hide and don’t even know her. He have money but i don’t think justin would pay someone to buy this dna test off and alter it to make it look like it not his, His lawyer and her lawyer can do the work and watch the dna process, she don’t need to be in the same room with him, sound like she so desperate to meet him in person, she looking 4 trouble, if the 2nd test prove not to be his, she better be ready 4 cps and justin’s lawsuit.

read the article again, her lawyer is demanding the test be retaken because the first test was taken place without his knowledge, the DNA could have very easily been tampered with so they want all parties present. this even goes towards yeater herself the lawyer said, the baby and justin will be there for dna samples in person under appropriate supervision, thats all thats being requested.

Yeater may be lieing, but i agree 100% that any paternity test should be taken with all parties present in an appropriate setting.

I expect she is hoping for a false positive. If you take a test often enough you will eventually get such a result. Want to bet that if Bieber agrees to another test, and it comes out negative, her lawyer screams about something else and wants a third?
