Being a gorgeous and glittery vampire is hard work but can you believe Rob has a laundry list of reasons why it’s not that great being immortal!
Robert Pattinson has it harder than you think! The 25-year-old has made millions off of playing Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise since 2008 but the actor reveals why it’s so well deserved.
“I guess the hardest thing about the Twilight movies is every single time is thinking how not to repeat yourself,” Rob tells TodayOnline. “Especially when you’re playing the same character and especially when it’s so specific that your image never changes. [Edward] never sweats. He never cries. He never gets dirty. His hair never changes … it’s very difficult not to look exactly the same all the time.”
We could totally see how it would be hard playing a character who is frozen in time while you’re actually changing in real life!
“As more movies go by, it’s harder and harder to think of it,” Rob explains. “But I guess this one is specifically different because, he actually changes for a second. It’s a slightly different part and it actually became easier to prepare for it. I felt that it was more natural.”
In Breaking Dawn Rob finally changes a bit — did you notice?
