I think tattoos are a work of art. Why would you want to get rid of them especially if it has an extremely important meaning like for a good friend. Now yes i believe there is a limit on how much of your body you cover. Like i believe in being able to get a job and not be judged. But for someone like Miley they can get away with expressing the art without people saying too much because if theres one thing they can do themselves without really making a big deal is tattoos.
