Kate Gosselin Gets Kids For Thanksgiving

Jon and Kate have been splitting holidays, but this year Kate gets the kids on Turkey Day — is that unfair to Jon?

Kate Gosselin will be cooking a feast for her adorable kids! HollyBaby.com has just learned that the former reality star is celebrating Thanksgiving with her eight children at her Reading, Pa., home this year — they will not see her ex-husband Jon Gosselin on the big day.

Kate was just halfway across the world in Australia celebrating Steve Irwin Day and she let Jon watch the kids. But now that she’s back — it’s down to business. A source tells us that Kate “made it clear” she was getting the kids on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

“Jon will most likely see them on Black Friday while Kate hits up the local deals on clothes and toys for the kids,” our source says.

Do you think it’s sad the kids don’t get to see Jon on major holidays?

Jon….Kate….what matters are the “Plus 8″ they didn’t ask to be born, nor to be children of divorce. It’s just sad, not who is right and who is wrong….just love the kids and go the extra mile to make sure the divorce doesn’t become the kids problems. Maybe not PC or controversial enough…just a kid of divorce and mom who divorced.

Oh please you guys, who cares? Kate is a woman in some serious need of therapy. Her mental health issues prevent her from seeing the obvious and we don’t help her by posting on these blogs. She derives a false sense of importance, but little does she realize people are laughing, hating, and mocking her.

Oh, btw, Jon Gosselin tweeted that the previous article written about the kids staying with him while Kate was in Australia wasn’t TRUE, and so did KATE. How do you feel when the person you make the poor victim and the person you make the mean villain BOTH say your article isn’t true? Does it even MATTER to you guys? :)

It matters to me because Katie Krawford gave Jon NO notice that she would be leaving for her vacation to Austrailia. How could Jon, since he has a REAL job, have enough time to figure out how to take care of the kids properly with NO NOTICE.

Katie Krawford does nothing but spin the facts if not just plain out lie!

Also, she has said that Steve does not run with her, follow her in a tricycle, car, etc. You would think she would need his protection then not on vacations. So just what the heck is he around for? He’s no bodyguard. Katie Krawford started cheating first. Jon’s kids are just $$$ to her.

Why is THIS an article? TWO Thanksgivings! Ah, poor kids! I celebrated THREE Thanksgivings every year when I was growing up, and my parents aren’t even divorced! It was a drag.

The funniest thing as that people make such a big deal out of this whole situation, when all over the USA, millions of kids whose parents are divorced have the same situation to deal with. It’s not tragic or sad or a big deal, it’s just life. I am willing to bet that when the Gosselin kids grow up they will LAUGH themselves silly over this ridiculous concern for them and the fact that they had to split the holidays between parents, and what DRAMA people concocted about this.

Or does anyone really think that Jon felt sad because he was planning a big Thanksgiving FEAST for the kiddies?

Reality check people. Jon sees his kids as much as he wants to. Holidays don’t make a difference. Get out of fantasy land where the DAY you see your kid NEEDS to be the exact day of the holiday, in order for the HOLIDAY to mean something. If Jon wanted more time with the kids he could go to COURT and get it. You know it’s true. It’s not up to KATE, if Jon really wants more time, it’s up to HIM to ask a JUDGE and a JUDGE to decide he should have more time.

Come on. Join the real world and admit that it’s not a big deal if Jon gets the kids on Thursday or Friday this year. And it wouldn’t be a big deal if Kate was the one who had her kids on Friday while Jon had them on Thursday. Celebrations and holidays don’t have to be celebrated on the OFFICIAL day in order for them to be special or REAL.

It’s not ususal at all, so none issue. Divorced parents trade holidays off and on all the time. Guess Bonnie needs to keep poor Jon in the news. The last story you ran was lies according to Jon, so I will assume the same thing here. The kids have vacation time for both holidays, and some families will have the holiday when they can. Just another stupid story, guess what, life will go on. Is the pissy gogs selling this crap for a few bucks?? Shame on Bonnie for selling out the kids again.

If only Kate were splitting the holidays with Jon. She had the kids last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas and took them out of the country over New Years, when Jon was supposed to have them. However, I’d take this report with a very large tablespoon of salt, since HB erroneously reported (and CONTINUES TO DO SO) that Kate left the kids with Jon while she was in OZ. Both Jon and Kate have refuted that story.

If he had them last year and she didn’t it is only fair that she has them this year. We only have my grandson every other year also. I don’t think there will be 8 people not giving thanks this year.

He didn’t.She had them for Thanksgiving and Christmas last year, too. Jon was supposed to get them for New Years, but a judge allowed her to take the kids out of the country over that holiday. So far, the only holiday Jon’s spent with the kids has been Father’s Day.
