Even though she tried keeping it a secret, Beyonce says she was convinced everyone could tell she was expecting!

Beyonce’s baby bump is totally obvious now, but back in mid-August — before she had announced her pregnancy at the Aug. 28 MTV Video Music Awards — Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z were keeping her growing bump under wraps. “The whole time I definitely was thinking, ‘Everyone knows, everyone can see,” she revealed before a screening of her new concert DVD Nov. 20.

And when Beyonce performed sold-out shows for four nights at New York’s Roseland Ballroom in August, she thought the jig was up.

“When you’re pregnant, it’s a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time,” she explained.

But luckily the shows were taped for a DVD, which she hopes will be a momento for her child. The movie also features home footage, childhood videos and a glimpse at her top-secret wedding dress!

“[I hope he or she will say] I can’t believe I was in that belly!” she joked.
