Jenelle is one step closer to being done with the terms of her probation. Her attorney tells HollyBaby.com exclusively that she’s right on track.
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is doing a good job of adhering to the terms of probation. She tweeted that she completed her court-ordered anger management class on Nov. 16 — and her attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively that her probation will be “terminated successfully.”
“She has been doing excellent,” Dustin tells us. “She’s doing well. Jenelle is working hard be better mom to Jace [her 2-year-old son].”
Though Jenelle has violated probation more than once by testing positive for drugs, lately her tests have been coming back negative. “She’s still testing clean on her drug screenings once a week,” shares Dustin. “Every single week she’s getting tested and typically it’s only once month.”
But Jenelle still has some terms of probation that she needs to finish. “She still needs to complete her parenting course,” says Dustin. “It’s not court ordered, but because it was started, she has to complete it. She’s still going on her own will, but her probation officer wants her to finish.”
“I think she’s on the right path towards her ultimate goal of getting Jace back,” adds Dustin. “I feel that she will be successful on the remainder of her probation.”
Jenelle is serving two stints of probation at once. She has to compete the terms of the first — for her drug paraphernalia charge — by April 2012. Probation for her simple affray charge must be done by September 2012.
