In a shocking series of texts, Mariah promises hush money to a friend when she and her legal team ‘get paid.’

Looks like someone is starting to panic. Mariah Yeater recently sent a series of frantic text messages to an unnamed friend, obtained by TMZ, in which she begs him to “ERASE ALL MESSAGES” from her mom that refer to her ex-boyfriend Robbie as the father of baby Tristyn. As if dismissing the paternity case against Justin Bieber didn’t seem suspicious enough.

What’s particularly interesting about that text is that Mariah had previously accused another ex-boyfriend of fathering Tristyn, but his name wasn’t Robbie — it was John Terranova! So if these text messages turn out to be valid, Justin will be the third person Mariah has accused of getting her pregnant.

Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, had this to say about the texts:

“This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media. … There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”

So there’s really just one question left to be asked: Do you belieb these text messages are real? They look real, but of course, they’re all oddly signed “Mariah Laci,” which is her middle name — and who signs their texts these days?
