Kidnapped Tyler Dasher Found Dead In Woods Near His Home

Another sad missing child story — this one-year-old’s body was found only a mile away from his St. Louis home.

The search for missing baby Lisa Irwin still continues, but another child who mysteriously disappeared from his home was discovered Oct. 15 just hours after he was reported missing! And an arrest has been made already!

Tyler Dasher’s 20-year-old mom, Shelby Dasher, said she put her son to bed around 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 in their Affton, Mo. home, according to When she woke the next morning at 11 a.m., he had vanished! By 3:30 p.m. that day dog walkers found the poor little boy’s body dumped in the woods a mile away and only 100 feet from a busy road.

The dedicated detectives conducted interviews overnight, and quickly made an arrest by 5:42 a.m. on Oct. 16! Less than an hour later, news helicopters spied police leading a woman to the spot where the body was discovered and then to Tyler’s home. Although the police have this woman in custody, no further details were given.

But a witness says they saw a mysterious man walking with a child wrapped in a blue blanket — little Tyler had a blue football blanket in his crib — a mile away from the home around 12:30 a.m. (much like the mystery man in baby Lisa’s case!).

This case is so eerily similar to baby Lisa’s — a baby disappearing in the night, no sign of where the child went, a suspicious looking man spotted with a baby! But police were able to find Tyler within four hours, and they already have an arrest!

Why is Lisa’s case taking so much longer, with fewer results? Do you think it’s because Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin aren’t cooperating with police?

Doesn’t she look like Amber from Teen Mom?

So sad! I do not know how old the baby was but how can the mom claim she put him to bed at 10:30pm and didn’t wake up till 11am the next day. That’s over 10 hours later! I have never heard of a child under the age of 2 sleeping in that late without crying or waking up for a clean diaper or food/milk. Seems like the moms story is a lie or she is not telling the whole truth

I made this same comment on the newer post about her being arrested. It’s actually more than 12 hours. Crazy!

I live one county over from where this happened. It was not October 15th it was YESTERDAY, November 15th. They have arrested the teenaged mother less than 24 hours after the mother reported the toddler missing from his crib. All these stupid little b!%(#es think they can just follow Casey Anthony’s lead now and just clam up or lie so they can get off the hook like she did.

Eddie…you think this has lost its shock value?! THAT is messed up!!! Anytime a child loses his or her life it is WRONG, SHOCKING, and most of all, SICKENING.

Shelby Dasher will go to hell and rot for beating poor sweet baby Tyler to death. stupid fat b*tch

and yet look at all those cases we do know about and the children who fall through the crack’s of a system that is suppose to be there to both protect and help them..? where oh where are those children now six feet under perhaps i must say something like this has worn off it’s shock value and shouldn’t be of surprise to anyone anymore….

I am completely horrified and shocked. What in the world is going on? It is so hard for me to understand how or why someone would kill a helpless child. This just ruined my day.
