Oh, no! The judge decided Thomas Brodnicki wasn’t crazy enough to keep behind bars, so he’s been released. Do you think Selena Gomez is scared?
Even though Thomas Brodnicki told his therapist God told him to kill Selena Gomez, a Los Angeles judge has dismissed the stalking charge and released him from jail, reports E! Online.
“After a preliminary hearing, the judge over our strong objection ruled that the defendant lacked the intent to cause fear to the victim and dismissed the case. We are evaluating our next step,” Los Angeles County District Attorney spokesperson Sandi Gibbons told E! News.
Not only did the stalker talk about killing the 19-year-old starlet, he flew out to Los Angeles from Chicago and came to her workplace four times. Sounds pretty nuts to us, but the lawyers weren’t able to prove it.
Luckily, Selena still has a restraining order against him that may become permanent during a hearing Nov. 23.

yes this guy is a stalker who litterly flew to la after threatning her it brrings us back to actress rebecca schafer who was killed by a stalker. what does it tak to stop this does it take someone to get her hurt ? keep this guy in jail
