The NBA lockout couldn’t come at a worse time for basketball player, Kris Humphries. Not only did his marriage to Kim Kardashian fall apart after 72 days — but he’s also left without his beloved sport to distract him!
A source in the NBA tells Hollywoodlife.com exclusively that Kris, 26, wants to get back to work immediately to escape the divorce backlash!
Kris is looking “to sign with a team as soon as possible as it will get him more and more away time from all the madness of the divorce fallout,” the source tells us. “He is very eager to start playing NBA basketball again.”
And with no end of the lockout in sight, Kris is looking at ALL of his options and seriously considering going abroad! According to our source, Kris is “heavily considering playing overseas to not have to deal with U.S. press as much.”
I don’t blame him — Kris Humphries has definitely seen better days.
