Friends and onlookers say Carrie is positively glowing… is it because she’s expecting?!?
Carrie Underwood and her hubby NHL hockey player Mike Fisher claim they want to wait to start a family — but sources say she’s actively trying to get pregnant! “They really want to start now,” an insider told OK! Magazine. “Of course, Carrie’s play her cards very close to her chest, but it’s no secret among her close friends that she’s been actively trying to get pregnant.”
The source says several tell-tale signs prove the star might have a little one on the way! “Actually there’s even some speculation in her inner circle that she may already be expecting,” the insider said. “She’s had that happy glow about her for weeks.”
But the most revealing sign? She’s stopped drinking! “The biggest sign for everyone is the fact that she’s stopped drinking,” the source added. “Carrie usually loves having a glass of champagne once in a while, but lately she’s been skipping it. She didn’t even have one sip after hosting the CMA Awards, which was really out of character.”
At 28-years-old, the timing is right: “Carrie has always wanted to be a young mother, and she’s nearing that 30th birthday. And at this point, most of their close friends are expecting an announcement very soon. She and Mike are very, very excited!”
