We get the first glimpse of the new spot on ‘Good Morning America!’

The Hunger Games will be the movie event of spring, and the first FULL trailer for the movie has been released!

The clip was showcased on the Nov. 14 episode of Good Morning America, and we think it looks like a super-dark version of this great book. We’re excited to see how the series translates to the big screen!

We see the reaping, where Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) volunteers to take her sister Prim’s spot in the games. Effie (Elizabeth Banks), Cinna (Lenny Kravitz), Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and of course Gale (Liam Hemsworth) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) all make lengthy appearances too.
