Mariah’s legal team hoped to settle with Justin Bieber “outside of court.” Hmm! Why would that be?
Mariah Yeater appeared confident when she first came out with her claim that Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month-old son, but new evidence paints her in a very different — and far less credible — light. Lawyer Jeffrey Leaving, a member of Mariah’s legal team, revealed that they’d hoped to settle the whole case “outside of court” during a Nov. 8 appearance on Dr. Drew Pinksy‘s Lifechangers.
Of course they did! The more attention this case gets, the more chance there will be for people to speculate that Mariah is lying.
This revelation also contradicts what Mariah recently told The Insider: “This is a very serious matter [and] it had to be brought to his attention,” she said. “To everyone’s.”

Justin has agreed to take a DNA test upon his return to the United States, after which he’ll proceed to sue the maternity pants off Mariah and her team.
