The couple’s baby-ready $1.6 million home renovation could be a sign the couple is ready to start a family!

Prince William and Kate Middleton have been updating Princess Margaret’s old home in Kensington Palace to accomodate a growing family! And the 20-room house already has a nursery!

The place won’t be ready until mid-2013, but after the renovation is finished it will have four stories, a living room, numerous bedrooms, staff quarters, a walled-in garden and most important — a nursery, according to Radar Online.

Kate’s recent refusal to eat peanut paste — a food commonly avoided by pregnant woman — has sparked rumors that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting. Does this mean the royal couple will be using their new nursery sooner rather than later?

HollyMoms, do you think Kate is expecting?
