Body language expert says Mariah’s odd behavior gives her away: ‘It’s pretty obvious she’s lying.’

In a new interview with The Insider, Mariah Yeater insists she’s telling the truth about sleeping with Justin Bieber, but body language experts confirm to HollywoodLife.com what we’ve suspected all along: This girl is NOT to be trusted. “There are lots of signals of deception and uneasiness in the video,” reveals Beverly Hills-based expert Dr. Lillian Glass.

Dr. Glass says you can tell Mariah is lying just by looking at her face during the interview.

“Mariah looks away when she talks about Justin being gushy and being aggressive,” she explains. “When confronted directly that the bodyguard denied [her claims], she looks away and presses her lips together. Her tone is not indicative of someone who may be telling the truth.”

“It’s pretty obvious she’s lying,” she adds. “She is very nervous when she starts out so she licks her lips. I believe that maybe she did meet him — she seems confident when she says she met him — but then she loses it. When she says he took her to the bathroom, she licks her lips, which is a signal of deception. She leans back and swallows hard. She looks around a lot. She stutters to find words.”

David Givens, Ph.D., of the Center for Nonverbal Studies agrees with Dr. Glass:

“I see episodic downward gazes, compressed or tightened lips, a lifted left shoulder, ‘hemming’ [speech hesitations] and ‘hawing’ [fumbling for words], all of which correlate well with deception,” says Dr. Givens, who has written several books about body language, including Your Body At Work and Crime Signals.
