Despite their recent red carpet PDA, Kristen still refuses to talk about her relationship with Rob and we’re starting to understand why!
Kristen Stewart doesn’t kiss and tell. The 21-year-old actress is constantly asked about her relationship with her Breaking Dawn co-star Robert Pattinson and she always finds a way to circumvent the topic by giving a vague or totally random answer. But when speaking with CNN she says she’s very open about all aspects of her life but sharing Rob with the world is just not something she’s ready to do.
“It’s funny, I can’t hold water,” Kristen says. “Seriously, I am the most divulging – I’d say everything. You really only want to talk to people about stuff like that [who] know you and really genuinely care. [There's the feeling] you’re selling something and even if that’s not true, for whatever weirdo reason in my head that’s how I interpret it. I don’t want to give into it.”
Rob and Kristen tried their best to keep their romance hidden while at the Twilight handprint ceremony but Kristen couldn’t help but get touchy-feely with Rob.

By keeping their private life separate as much as possible and out of the public eye, they may actually have a chance of it lasting more than the length of the dvd premieres! They seem to have some maturity and sense of themselves, so if they are sincere about their relationship, and it is not just a publicity stunt, then keeping private means just that – private! Love is not a game.
