Hayden had special guest with her at the MTV Europe Music Awards — a naked man!

Hayden Panettiere received a little more than she bargained for at the MTV EMAs!

Hayden was joined on stage by a guy in his birthday suit! Although the skit was clearly planned — security would definitely have rushed to tackle him if not — we applaud the actress for keeping her cool!
