Mariah may have learned how to file a paternity suit from own mother — plus she was arrested this year!

Justin Bieber is under fire from 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who claims Biebs knocked her up last year. But it seems that Mariah has been in plenty of sticky situations before — and her family has a history of paternity drama!

Justin, 17, is dealing with a girl from a family where bad decisions run rampant, the New York Post reports. In fact, in recent years Mariah’s mom sued Anthony Simeonoff over the paternity of Mariah’s stepbrother Logan.

Furthermore, Mariah allegedly almost put the baby up for adoption, but then decided to pursue Justin as the baby daddy!

It seems Mariah has been pretty reckless with her baby thus far as well — just two months into her pregnancy, she was arrested in Las Vegas for ‘slapping’ a man! Yikes!

How could her mother sue over the paternity of this girl’s stepbrother. If he is her step-brother that means her mother can’t be this child’s mother! She would be in no legal position to sue anyone!

Did the writer mean her half brother??? If that’s the case, the writer is clearly uneducated because this makes no sense at all!

You know how many girls claim there baby’s daddy is someone famous. lol what girls will do to get attention. The reason he would be alone wit someone was to do the dirty, famous singers do it every show, just bc he justin bieber doesnt mean anything. Ha.Wow.Mariah’s 10 seconds of fame are over, and right now, she needs to admit the truth: that the baby is NOT Justin’s.How can you get pregnant in 30 seconds? I’m guessing that she met Justin for ten seconds, got drunk, then knocked up by some other guy.Wow, what a bunch of losers who just want money.

Agreed. Even at the risk of setting some kind of precedent. His legal/ PR team (same thing really at times) have already given her the situation credibility by going to trouble of making a dramatic public legal threat. IF he’s innocent, why not just simply say, ‘the situation is being handled and truth will come out. Maybe have Justin take lessons from Clooney and Brad Pitt on how to field questions about this kind of thing with humor and deft deflection. AGain, IF he’s innocent. When the prior two are not I believe they are smart enough to shut up and let their team handle it.

I don’t really like Justin Bieber’s music, however I don’t have anything against him though. But come on people… This is clearly a girl that is seeking her 15 minutes of fame here. Yes, Justin is just a normal guy with needs, but I refuse to believe he had been stupid enough to make a girl pregnant. This girl is simply doing it for the publicity and by writing about her in the tabloids she is getting exactly what she wanted in the first place.

honestly how could this have even happened? it isnt true because Justin wouldnt be alone backstage after one of his concerts, theres security, publicists, managers, crew, and im pretty sure security wouldnt let him be alone with a single fan. Some people are crazy you know. so i think this mariah is talking a bunch of bs to get her two minutes of fame.

No one knows if he is the dad or not so none of your can say anything, he might be the dad but he might not be you never know, and he need to get a DNA test to find out, because if he thinks he not and he is how is that baby gonna feel knowing she doesnt know her dad, yeah she might just be doing it to get some attention but like i said it could be real, she she did have sex with him there is a chance that it is his!! id laught at all of use who are saying hes not the dad, if he is

Honestly, I never knew my dad and I don’t even care now. I never cared because you can’t miss someone who was never there, so it’s very likely that the baby, who is a boy, isn’t going to care at all.
