Zooey Deschanel and Ben Gibbard — also known as the music group She and Him — were the most precious couple. However, they have decided to split after two years of marriage, a rep confirmed to US Weekly. What a bummer!
“It was mutual and amicable. There was no third party involved,” an insider of the 31-year-old actress and 35-year-old Death Cab for Cutie singer, who were married originally in Wash. in 2009.
Zooey and Ben also formed the indie pop group, She and Him, which just put out its third studio album, A Very She and Him Christmas. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like it’ll be that kind of holiday season after all.
