I’ll admit I was never really a Belieber, but Justin’s new album has made me change my mind — it’s great!
I’ve always thought Justin Bieber was a cool young dude, but I’ve never been one to listen to his music. But I think this may have changed with the release of his mature new holiday Under The Mistletoe, which came out today!
Justin, 17, really steps up his game, with some great originals as well as funky modern takes on holiday classics. My favorite is definitely ‘Drummer Boy,’ an update on the holiday traditional with firey rap verses from both Busta Rhymes and Biebs himself. It’s a whole new sound for Justin — and I think it’s great!
Elsewhere, original tracks like “Only Thing I Ever Get for Christmas” and “Christmas Eve” get me in the spirit for the holidays, even though it’s only November!
We totally love the duets as well, as hearing the likes of Usher and Mariah Carey sing with Biebs is a true treat.
Furthermore, the proceeds of this album go to charity, making it doubly worth your dollars.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers — do you love Under The Mistletoe?
