HollywoodLife.com spoke with Los Angeles based attorney Mark McBride, and top New York based divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler who say that Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian‘s divorce could be finalized fairly quickly!
“Assuming the matter is totally uncontested by Kris in terms of property and asset division, they can be ordered divorced within six months and one day from the day Kris receives service of the initial Petition for Divorce. That’s the fastest it can happen,” Mark tells us.
Vikki echoes Marks assessment: “It usually takes six months but if they both agree and enforce the alleged prenup it could likely happen sooner.”
