‘Sister Wives’ Preview: Kody Brown’s Son Is A ‘Monster!’

We’re shocked Kody would have such harsh words about his own son — see what goes down on tonight’s episode!

Sister Wives always brings the drama, but even we were taken aback by Kody Brown‘s attack on his son Hunter!

Hunter starts the scuffle by mouthing off to two of the wives, who are putting on makeup while he wants to go fishing.

“Maybe they should get off their lazy butts,” he says.

His biological mother Janelle quickly reprimands him, saying, “You better never speak disrespectful like that again. You need to respect adults.”

The patriarch of the family has some harsh words for Hunter as well.

“Hunter is a raging testosterone monster,” Kody says. “He just has this attitude of my parents are stupid and I am God.”

Hunter is acting in a way any teenager would and not just because of the family environment he is in. I am not condoning Hunter’s behavour which has been addressed by his biological mother.

Kody and his wives have a right to their beliefs. Let’s not be overshadowed by the knowledge that Kody has four wives, he has only married one legally and in any state or country this is the norm. If he and his ‘wives’ who incidentally have chosen to live this lifestyle, what to believe that the ‘marriage’ ceremony they went through was the real McCoy then that is there right also. Each ceremony the wives went through except Kody’s first wife was just that in legal terms, a ceremony.

This family obviously like their lifestyle for the same way the wives chose to be Sister Wives, they can also leave and can do so anytime.

“There’s only room for ONE whiny domineering male douche in this family!” Seriously, I bet he feels threatened because some of his sons are reaching adulthood. He’s a giant child-man who has a harem to cater to his giant ego, and that ego won’t allow any other men around.

And kids at that age are sensitive to what their parents say. The word “monster” is inexcusable.

Some of those teens are too mouthy and need a good smack.

After reading the article i noticed that you took what Kody said out of context and you should be ashamed of your reporting.

What parent with teenaged kids haven’t thought those things (i.e. ‘a raging testosterone monster’) I took that Kody said to mean he was referring to his son’s biological state versus being a “MONSTER”.

I understand that his kids are going through a tough time now. Adjusting to a sudden move and trying to fit in to a community where they are different and disliked because of their and/or their parents belief system.

But don’t add to this child’s pain by saying his father called him a “Monster” when the whole context is different. If anyone is being cruel its you.

Kody is ugly and Hunter is right! Go Hunter. He just feels like he needs love and obviously with that many kids and wives, he doesn’t feel it. Kody is a terrible father. Even if he mad he said that, no father should treat a kid like that.

If you watch the show, a lot of those kids (Hunter especially) have seemed to have a lot of issues since their “dad” felt the need to pick them up and move them without any true warning. The parents seem to be more involved with what they themselves are doing then what their kids are doing or how they are feeling. Hunter’s behavior is just a manifestation of a whole lot of frustration I believe. Should he be disrespectful to others, of course not – but if I were his parents I would want to know why he has suddenly had a personality change instead of just trying to blame it on hormones like Kody is.

Of course Hunter’s frustrated. His dad refuses to hear any of his kids’ feelings or take them into account, his whole life was torn up in a few days, and the women are stretched too thin to give enough care and attention to the children.

I think Hunter should continue to be disrespectful and give them what they deserve. I would be mortified if my family was as sick as that.

Wow, you are clearly not an open minded person. THese people are not sick, they just have a different belief system than you (or I for that matter) do. I most definitely could not live that kind of lifestyle but to each his own…live and let live. The world would be a much better place if people stopped judging each other and just lived their own lives!

Hunter may be the only one who sees the insanity of it all. The more is not only the merrier, someone is bound to be left behing or neglected. The one who says that Cody and his doormat wives have a right to choose their lifestyle are crazy. When it comes to hurting the children, it’s time to call it quit.
