Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have been battling rumors that their marriage is unravelling, but Kim’s recent solo appearance at a huge NYC event has us truly worried about their union!

Kim, 31, was spotted on Oct. 28 at the Dream Hotel attending hotelier Vikram Chatwal‘s 40th birthday party. Given that Kris, 26, has no job due to the NBA lockout, why can’t he spend time with her at the party? We think there’s some serious trouble between these two!

Kim was in NYC Friday and Saturday. She hosted a party Friday night and another on Saturday. Now she is off to Australia without her husband Kris Humphries.

just because she went to one party without him, doesn’t mean their marriage is doomed. they don’t have to be together every minute of the day. it’s actually healthy to have some time apart. it seems like their marriage is under way too much speculation. everything little thing is an excuse to say that they are heading for a split. seems like a normal marriage to me but others won’t let it be. Leave them alone. I hope them all the happiness in the world.

She was not partying..but hosting a birthday party..which means working..Maybe the client didn’t wanted her husband..because Kim is the celebrity and not Kris !!!

Really,just leave them alone. I don’t necessarily like Kim, but seriously you guys need to butt out of her relationship. Its like you want her marriage to fail. She’s still human and she has feelings, and I bet that anyone would feel stress in their new relationship if everyone started judging it.

Kim is in NYC to make 2 appearance in the course of 24 hrs. She’s already said she’s flying back to LA tonight. Why would Kris go with her across the country, when she’s going to be right back the next day.

And just b/c there is a lockout doesn’t mean NBA players sit around all day and do nothing. They still have player workouts and meetings everyday. Quit being dense.
