Taylor must like older women — he’s 19 and she’s 25!

Are Taylor Lautner and Dianna Agron the newest hot couple in Hollywood?

Taylor and Dianna dined at Gjelina in Venice, Calif. with two men who looked like “agent types,” an eye-witness tells People.

The onlooker described Dianna as “animated” during their conversation, while Taylor stayed “chill.”

So was their dinner just for business or was a little bit of pleasure mixed in?

Dianna is friends with Lily. Is this a rerun? This is a farce of a publicity article for both. She is way too old and he clearly is a teen. At least, she is not fat. He should consider “unknown” TEEN actresses for his next production and there are MANY.

they look cute, but, “this” is awkward, surely dianna will stick with his sweet boyfriend and TL will continue looking hot (as always), and if the movie is 100% true, i hope it will be a blast, and everything will sort of be the same as the movie planned and ended, and everyone happy yey…, and no angry TL fan will beat up dianna, if they see her on the streets or something

I know age is just a number, but really, i think he needs to find someone his own age and so does she. He isn’t even allowed to drink yet and she’s half way through her twenties. Women mature a lot faster than men, that’s just how it is. I also believe this was a business meeting since Taylor’s agent and apparently someone else who appeared to be an agent was also there. Also, I heard that they dined at the restaurant Bottega Louie, not Gjelina. Bottega Louie is the same restaurant Taylor went to with his agent, Thor, Gus Van Sant and Dustin Lance Black. So he’s definatly negotiating his next project. I hope, if anything, that him and Dianna just end up being friends, she’s too old for him, at least at this age.

So, they might be discussing a project. What kind of project? A movie in which they will play romantic leads? So they can pretend to be a couple and make out in a movie, but in real life it’s off limits? Interesting.

I just don’t get it – people in their teens and twenties are close friends (and date) all the time. It isn’t unusual. Oh well. To each his own.

I’m not sure if you’re trying to be defensive, or if you’re just coming off that way. Taylor has numerous other projets lined up (Stretch Armstron, Incareron, Cancun, and an untitled film with Michael Bay- the director of transformers). Anyway, the most likely project that’s coming up next is Incarceron, which DOES have a female love interest, as do most movies. Numerous actresses are being considered for the role of Claudia (Taylor’s love interest in Incarceron). The top contenders are: Emma Watson, Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence, and Maria Juan Garcias. I heard that Dianna is also being considered. I never said anything was “off-limits”. If they end up playing romantic leads in a movie and they decide to date in real life then that’s that, but IN MY OPINION…he should find someone within his age range. And it has nothing to do with the double-standard about girls being looked at as weird if they date younger men. Even if Taylor was 25 and Dianna was 19 i would still think the same thing. Being 19 and being 25 are two different stages in one’s life. At 19 you’re finally figuring out who you are as a person, and at 25 you already know who you are and what you want out of life. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion. Also, since they have the same agent, Taylor and Dianna might have just been going out for a business meeting with their agent to discuss upcoming projects, that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are doing a project together.

No, I’m not trying to be defensive. Just discussing this. I think it’s interesting. I just never understand age difference being an issue when it’s as small as this one. I mean, a 21-year-old is only two years older than Taylor. But one might say that they are worlds apart because Taylor can’t legally drink yet. So what exactly IS his age range? Also, it seems that Taylor does in fact know what he wants to do with his life (or at least he says so) – acting. I know some people 25 and even older that are still trying to figure things out. Most people are still doing a lot of growing up in their 20s.

I just think it’s impossible to say across the board that everyone at 19 is at a certain stage in development and every one at 25 is a certain way. I can see how if Dianna were old enough to be his mother that might pose a problem, but 6 years older? I don’t see it.

By the way, I respect your opinion. Sorry if I come across as unfriendly. I’m really not! :)

I agree with Delilah. What I would add is that I believe any two people at any age can be completely incompatible. People can be exactly the same age and don’t hit it off.

Let’s put it this way…

I DON’T THINK MANY (IF ANY) COUPLES OWE THEIR SUCCESS IN LOVE TO THE FACE THAT THEY ARE THE SAME AGE.

My gosh, I’m not saying that two people can’t be in love just because of their age! Age is a minimal factor in the act of attraction. I’m just saying that, IF we are ONLY talking about their ages, I personally think that taylor could do well with someone between the ages of 17-22. I’m not saying what’s right or wrong, this is simply my opinion. I’m not trying to generalize 19 year olds and 25 year olds because it’s impossible. Everyone is their own person so it’s impossible to say that everyone who’s 19 is this and that. I’m merley stating what I notice within both age ranges. I agree that a six year age difference isn’t the end of the world, but at 19, being with someone who’s 6 years older than you is a noticable difference- mentally. Maybe when he’s older it would be better for him to date someone who’s 6 years older than him. Also, just because taylor knows he wants to be an actor for the rest of his life, doesn’t mean he fully knows himself as a person. Again i could be wrong and you could be wrong because WE DON’T KNOW HIM. And if you really want my opinion, I don’t think everyone should start talking about them being a couple because they were at a business meeting together! Let’s wait and see if anything else comes up. Like i said, i think they would be cuter as friends.

I am always surprised by the comments about age difference in relationships – but this one is really ridiculous. At just 25 it is hard to call her an older woman. Obviously she is older than he is, but this age difference is pretty insignificant especially when they’re both so young. It sounds bigger than it is because he is still a teenager. Really it’s nothing. I’m just relieved that the word cougar wasn’t used in this article!!

They look cute together, but they very well might not even be a couple. If they are, best wishes to them!

Business date folks. Thor Bradwell who is an agent for both Taylor Lautner and Dianna Agron was present. Dianna was also present at one of the Iris performances with Taylor. Taylor has been a few times, once as a guest of Danny Elfman who has composed music for Gus Van Sant. If you recall, Van Sant was also a guest that time. Taylor was also invited to afterparty of a TV show which Van Sant had directed (can’t remember the name but stars Kelsey Grammar and that episode was directed by Van Sant) so looking at this we can safely say that they are negotiating something. New project on the horizon which in my guess shall be announced very soon.
Diana and Taylor have been friends for a while. I believe they met while they were both shooting in PA last Summer. Wouldn’t read too much into the romance stuff here at all.
Age doesn’t matter. If you love someone, that hardly ever comes into play and Taylor is not one to judge these factors.
