Is it any wonder Lindsay Lohan has so many problems?
Michael Lohan landed himself behind bars Oct. 27 after on-again, off-again girlfriend Kate Major called the police, claiming he was trying to contact her and wouldn’t leave her alone. TMZ reports that when police arrived at Michael’s Tampa, Fla., hotel to arrest him, he jumped from his third-story balcony… and landed in a tree!
Kate released the following statement to the site:
“[Michael] has no regard for the justice system. He can beat up women, but Mr. tough guy, who slurred his words calling me 5 times after getting out of jail, wasn’t too tough by jumping off a 3rd floor balcony into a tree to try to flee from going back to the same jail he just got released from less than 12 hours ago. … Maybe they have phonics books in jail!”
Michael was also arrested Oct. 25 for allegedly assaulting Kate.

his douchery is rivaled only by hers. why is she tweeting about this, after crying in court about all of his statements to the public about her. she’s an idiot, and she goes right back to him for the publicity… and drugs. at least being arrested in a tree, maybe they didn’t have the warrant to search his premises for the drugs he was on that he wanted to share with kate. i mean, each of them would have to be on drugs to want the other, i guess. idiots, both of them.
