Justin took some time off from filming his next music video to visit some special fans!

How great is Justin Bieber? In between romancing Selena Gomez, touring and making music, he met with patients at a Children’s Hospital!

Justin’s BFF Sean Kingston joined him during the the visit on Oct. 25

“Proud of my bro @JustinBieber! Glad I was there to capture it all #GivingBack,” Alfredo Flores — who directed Justin’s “Love Me” video — tweeted, along with a video of Justin’s day!

“It was a great day. always #giveback,” Justin responded.
