I get it — the 62-year-old ice skater proved that she still has what it takes to look phenomenal in an ice skating costume — but was the look really necessary? Due to the sheer top and granny panties, I think not!
Peggy Fleming was on The View on Oct. 24 — however, I couldn’t tell you what she was talking about at all because I was too distracted by her nude and black sheer get-up! Peggy, this is daytime television not the ice skating rink! While the infamous skater is in tip top shape, I didn’t think her look was appropriate. The nude bodice made it seem as if her chest was on full display, and the bottom half looked like she was exposing her granny panties!
I think Peggy would’ve looked amazing in a streamlined sheath that was both sophisticated and chic. Not only would she have been able to show off her fantastic figure, but she also would’ve been dressed appropriately for the show. Peggy, unless you’re skating, I think you should leave the costumes at home! I also think if she was so determined to wear a costume, she could have found one way more flattering — her get-up was like a reject skating outfit!
Peggy, you’re so talented and you look amazing — you don’t need a silly costume to be recognized. Do you agree with me or do you think I’m being too hard on the talented athlete?

I was also very distracted by her outfit. THought it would be more appropriate at a stripper bar than a morning talk show. Yes, she looks very good for her age, but this was not the way to show that. Even as a skating outfit, it wasn’t attractive.
