Ashley Greene: How We Protected Taylor Lautner From Fans!

In her new cover story with Canadian fashion magazine Flare, ‘Twilight’ starlet Ashley Greene talks about how some women would give Taylor their panties!

Ashley Greene, 24, opens up about girls going wild for the Twilight boys in her interview with Flare! She admits the girls got a little protective of the boys on set.

“The guys get some very intense um… propositions. We all got a little ‘momma bear’ on Taylor (Lautner) because women were giving the guys their numbers and their panties and it was just a little insane,” Ashley tells the mag.

But apparently receiving girls’ delicates is the norm for these Twi-hards. “The boys get panties a lot, especially Taylor.”

And as for her own love life? Ashley says she’s perfectly content with her current single status. “I’m not dating anyone right now, which is nice. I’m choosing to take it as a really great opportunity to focus on myself and figure out what’s next in my career.”

And even if she were dating, it would probably be somebody different than her former flames. Ashley admits to the mag that she isn’t the type to have a type. “I go through stages. Randomly, I’ll be attracted to a crazy rocker with tattoos. And I find that I’m extremely attracted to ambition and wit.”

Ashley’s character, Alice, has telepathic powers in the Twilight saga — which has helped the gang get out of trouble several times. But surprisingly, it’s not something Ashley would like to have as a mortal.

“Seeing the future sounds really cool, but I think it would drive me crazy, honestly. I think it takes away the mystery, and that’s one of the best things about life… You never know what’s going to happen and you have to live every day like it’s your last,” she says.

But what we do know for Ashley’s future is her career is just taking off. In the coming months she will star in the comedy LOL with Miley Cyrus, and supernatural thriller flick The Apparition, co-starring with Sebastian Stan and Tom Felton.
