Lindsay was handcuffed in court and her bail was set at $100,000!
Lindsay Lohan‘s probation has been revoked after she failed to complete her required community service!
“Probation is a gift, not a right,” Judge Stephanie Sautner said. The judge ordered Lindsay to complete 16 hours a week at the morgue before her November 2 hearing to determine whether or not the troubled starlet will return to jail.
Her bail was set at $100,000, which she has already posted. When she returns for her sentencing, Lindsay could receive up to a year and a half in jail.
Lindsay was back in court after being kicked off her community service detail at the Downtown Women’s Center for failing to show up 9 times. Her probation officer reassigned her to the Red Cross — but that didn’t appease the judge. “Nobody has the right to change her sentence,” the judge said, who wouldn’t give her any credit for work done there.
It’s no wonder her probation has been taken away!

Good to see a young and dumb celebrity get the treatment she deserves for acting carelessly. Any average American would have been back in court after the second time of failing to appear and locked up. This girl has had more chances to get out of this than any typical person and still, to this day, couldn’t pull her shtuff together. Hopefully there’s some real “mean girls” which can straighten her out since Mommy and Daddy apparently couldn’t handle this one.
