Lindsay Lohan Probation Revoked

HollywoodLife.com spoke with an image expert about Lindsay’s predicament and he says that she should be acting more like Robert Downey Jr.!

Lindsay Lohan‘s probation was revoked today, Oct. 19, and HollywoodLife.com talked to image expert Michael Sands about how things look for the troubled starlet.

“My feeling is that the judge was very appropriate on how she handled the situation having her arrested and commend her for that,” Michael tells us. “She is a cat that has nine lives, she treats it all like a fashion show, she is making a fool of the justice system where Robert Downey Jr. revamped his career and saved his life.”

Los Angeles based attorney Mychel Wilson adds that Lindsay could end being sentenced to the full year and a half of prison-time, although the chances are slim.

“At Lindsay Lohan’s next court hearing on November 4, the judge presiding over her case, Judge Stephanie Sautner could very well sentence her to a year and a half of prison. However, the one thing going in Lindsay’s favor is a new state law issued on October 1st which basically says that non-felons who are not violent will most likely serve jail time under house arrest because of extreme overcrowded jails. But now that Lindsay is being sued for hitting her former rehab counselor, she may be considered violent.”

“Judge Sautner is clearly fed up with Lindsay’s irresponsible behavior. If she really feels like Lindsay should be serving prison time, she could override the Sheriff’s Dept and send her to jail!” Mychel explained. “[It's] likely [that] Judge Sautner will send Lindsay back to rehab as this is what would probably help her most!”

However, criminal defense attorney Mark McBride thinks that Lindsay will definitely be going to prison — but it may only be for eight months and not the full 16. “She’ll be a half timer because the underlying crime is neither serious nor violent.”

Mark believes that Lindsay should just accept her sentence and not try to get around it. “I tell clients that, sometimes the best way out of a situation like this one is to go right through the eye of the hurricane rather than futz around and try to get around it and be slick and crafty.”

What do you think, HollywoodLifers — should Lindsay be put behind bars?

One day whilst Lilo is licking empty plastic baggies in some city morgue she’ll suddenly stop, notice a dead body moving before violently shuddering – that in fact it’s her own dead body. Such it seems are the misadventures of supposed movie star idols that insist that they are invincible high velocity made for TV heroines when in actuality all they really are deflated punctured second hand human beings struggling to pass off their own lies to an audience that can’t help but watch a jilted heroine seek love and adulation when in actuality there is nothing but hate and torment…
