Mitchel played Miley Cyrus’ BFF on the show — what sad news!

Mitchel Musso, who starred as Miley Cyrus‘ best friend Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana, was arrested for drunk driving in Burbank, Calif. on Oct. 16. How shocking!

Mitchel, 20, was busted at 3:43 a.m. after he ignored police warnings following an unrelated traffic accident, TMZ reports. He allegedly blew above .08 on the breathalyzer, which would be the legal limit IF he was 21. Bail was set at $5,000.

ı dont know if Miley will help, I dont know if they are that close anymore, but if it would be legal a year later, I dont think it is horrible.

I think it was about time he got arrested I mean c’mon. It’s hard no to do something bad with all that pressure weighing you down. Especially disney stars and nickelodeon stars. They get worst but that’s what they get payed for.

I don’t think he has been a friend to Miley for a long time. What could she possible do to help him anyway? D|UI at age 20 – not even legal to be drinking. He is lucky it was only $5,000.00 bail.

I think only $5,000 bail because about one and a half million people are arrested for driving while under the influence of alchohol or drugs every single year. There is no jail space for these people. At least 3/4 of all kids under 21 drink. They just need to get the message that a car can be a deadly weapon. Only a very tiny number of people drinking and driving result in injuries or fatalities, but we should continue to educate young people that it’s a bad idea. A DUI does that.

I don’t think Miley lives in that world anymore. This dude still has two shows on Disney, by the way. Also, he left Hannah Montana long before it ended.
