Dying To See Celebs In NYC? Check Out 'Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter!'

If you’re in New York City this month, be sure to check out the show ‘Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter!’ You might see Kristen Wiig or Ryan Reynolds!

Now this is something you don’t see everyday! Out of all the theater happening in New York City, one of our favorite shows is Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter. The equation is simple: celebrities come out on stage in an intimate venue with nothing but a microphone and another celebrity’s autobiography — and hilarity ensues.

You never know exactly who you’re going to catch, but there’s always a cast of several A-listers to surprise you. We’ve been lucky enough to see stars like Kristen Wiig, Ryan Reynolds, Brooke Shields and tons of Saturday Night Live comedians read from autobiographies from celebs like Justin Bieber, the Kardashians, The Situation and more.

Created by the brilliant Eugene Pack and developed by Eugene and Dayle Reyfel, Celebrity Autobiography has consistently delivered the goods and is the best kept secret in New York City. You’ll love it!

Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter will play five performances throughout October—Monday, October 3 at 7pm; Monday, October 10 at 7pm; Saturday, October 15 at 7pm; Monday, October 24 at 7pm; and Monday, October 31 at 7pm—at the Triad Theater, 158 West 72 Street.

Tickets for Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter are $35 – $45 and may be purchased by contacting Smarttix at 212 868-4444 or www.smarttix.com, or by visiting www.celebrityautobiography.com.  For group sales phone 718 631-0438.  Please note that the Triad Theater has a two-drink minimum and is a cash-only venue.

I saw this show in Los Angeles (Brooke Shields was there that night) and it was so good! Go see it if you can. It’s really funny and they have so many good performers rotating in and out of the show. I’m definitely going next time I can.
