The five remaining designers have to make it through one more challenge if they want to show their collection at New York Fashion Week — and they’ll have to do it with the help of an eliminated contestant!
We’re finally down to the final five on Project Runway — but we were in for a blast from the past when former contestants came back to assist the remaining contenders. Before choosing who they would work with once again, the designers took a field trip to Governor’s Island, where they drew inspiration from the location.
The guest judge for the challenge is the effortlessly chic Zoe Saldana. She looked stunning in a red Michael Kors ensemble, and she wasn’t afraid to voice her opinions — even if that meant disagreeing with the judges!
Anya was a strong favorite when the contestants responded to Heidi after she asked who they thought deserved to go to Fashion Week. Unfortunately, it was Laura who didn’t make the cut — but we’re so excited to see what the designer’s dream up when they’re working on their own collections.
