HollywoodLife.com talked to Derek Hough’s friends, who say Derek and Lauren Conrad’s relationship is thriving and explain why!
At first Derek Hough and Lauren Conrad seemed like the most random pair in Hollywood. However, Derek’s friends tell HollywoodLife.com why they are actually a match made in heaven.
“Lauren and Derek are definitely dating and it’s going well,” an insider tells us. “He really likes her because she’s not all Hollywood. That’s the connection he has with her.”
We find it ironic the girl who completely embodied the very meaning of Los Angeles in the TV show, The Hills, is actually laid back and normal…not “Hollywood” at all. Most recently, Lauren, 25, dated actor Kyle Howard, but broke up with him in June.
