Ashton Kutcher‘s marriage to Demi Moore may be over for good, as his alleged tryst with reported mistress Sara Leal has driven Demi to seek advice from a divorce lawyer!
Demi, 48, appears ready for life without the wandering eye of Ashton, 33, The Mail On Sunday reports.
“Miss Moore has been totally humiliated,” an insider said. “On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce.”
Meanwhile, Demi and Ashton have been keeping up appearances in public, with PEOPLE reporting that they both attended Kabbalah Centre services on Oct. 7 in Los Angeles. Not only did they leave together, but they had “their arms wrapped around each other’s waists!”
We think they should just release a statement about their relationship, whether they are planning to split or not — this is madness!

33 v. 48? She should be happy, even with a “wandering eye” that age as she will never be able to get a younger guy. Is time for this woman to get a grip. She should live her age, let her normal hair color show.
