Nancy Grace Is Wrong About Amanda Knox Being Guilty, Says Body Language Expert!

Wed, October 5, 2011 4:00pm EDT by 47 Comments

Nancy announced that she thought Amanda being found innocent was a ‘miscarriage of justice’ but Beverly Hills based body language expert says Amanda hasn’t lied once!

Nancy Grace slammed the Italian court’s ruling on Oct. 4 that found Amanda Knox innocent of murder! The former prosecutor and host of HLN’s Nancy Grace spoke with Access Hollywood just hours after Amanda’s fate was revealed but HollywoodLife.com‘s body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass says Amanda’s hand gestures, facial expression and tone prove her innocence!

“Amanda is innocent and Nancy Grace doesn’t know what she’s talking about,” she says. “In the beginning of the trial, Amanda seemed immature and didn’t realize the gravity of the situation but in her address in Seattle you could tell her sincerity by the tone of her voice, passion of the voice. All of her movements were connected, no signals of deception. It wasn’t contrived, it was really heartfelt, and her tears were of sincerity.”

When Nancy spoke out against the court’s decision she said: “I was very disturbed, because I think it is a huge miscarriage of justice. I believe that, while Amanda Knox did not wield the knife herself, I think that she was there, with her boyfriend, and that he did the deed, and that she egged him on. That’s what I think happened,” Nancy declared.

Amanda was convicted in 2009 for the 2007 killing of her roommate Meredith Kercher. Her ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito was convicted of the crime as well, but was also declared innocent.

“For Nancy Grace to make that statement after so many people have examined this case … a panel of judges! That’s pretty reckless of Nancy, Nancy wasn’t there, she doesn’t know. But I can tell you by observing Amanda’s body language that all signs point to her innocence.”

For those of you who LOVE Nancy Grace:

God help you or a loved one who is wrongly accused and this bitch gets a hold of the story. Execute then ask questions, that’s her way to justice.

If I had a dime for every time an itinerant, drug-addled, socio-path, refugee from a war-torn country met up with a vibrant young female college student and complete stranger, and convinced her to help him rape and kill a poor girl in a sadistic sex orgy ….. I would be Nancy Grace.

Man, I messed up my earlier post. What I meant to say was that the claims of the witnesses were debunked or vague. One was a homeless guy who got the night that he saw them near the house wrong because he also claimed he saw “disco buses”, which weren’t running on that day.

I think it’s okay to send someone to prison IF the circumstantial evidence is strong enough. It isn’t in this case. A bunch of their witnesses were one a homeless guy who got the night that he claimed he saw them on the basketball court incorrect.

I also believe that circumstantial evidence is more important in a case with NO forensic evidence (such as the body being so decomposed that it skeletonized and the crime scene is ancient.) There was forensic evidence in this case and it all pointed at a drifter with a record of breaking and entering.

Nancy Grace had several cases overturned due to Prosecutor Misconduct. She has exaggerated and lied about the case regarding her own fiance who was killed as well. Gee, what a woman of integrity. She has a guilty until proven innocent attitude and that is why she is on a tv show garnering ratings instead of still practicing law. Nancy is a blow hard who would rather let an innocent person fry instead of admitting mistakes in a case. That kind of ego has no place in a courtroom or speaking out about the law. Uneducated people believe her and accept spewing hatred toward anyone she deems guilty and it is irresponsible for any network to give her such a huge platform from which to spew her biased opinions. Her “tot mom” garbage is probably partially responsible for allowing Casey Anthony to go free.

Just because there’s no DNA, doesn’t mean she didn’t do it. THERE IS A TON OF CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE, NAMELY HER BEHAVIOR AFTER THE CRIME. TWO OF THE OTHER ROOMMATES IN THE HOUSE SAID HOW THEY WERE ALL SHOCKED WHEN THEY HEARD WHAT HAPPENED TO AMANDA, THEY SAID THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WEREN’T SHOCKED WERE AMANDA AND RAFFAEL.

So you think it is okay to send someone to prison for the rest of their life without any DNA evidence? I hope you are never in the wrong place at the wrong time. You may eat your words. The knife they claimed she used was too big to have made the wounds on the poor victim;s body but I guess you think that doesn’t matter either. Must be nice to live in a bubble of stupidity.

Oh please. Amanda Knox was a sheltered 20 year old from Seattle. A free spirit, great athlete and very well liked by her teachers. Look at her sisters. Lovely girls. That’s what Amanda must have been like. She acted like a silly, unaware child in Perrugia. If her parents would have gotten a plane to protect their daughter from being terrorized by the Italian police, she wouldn’t have been in this mess. She was not emotionally equipped to handle the situation.
If anyone on the post knows, this was a brutal murder. There is nothing- absolutely nothing to suggest Amanda was a killer and a rapist. It just didn’t happen.

This the sanest letter I have read so far. I have always like Nancy Grace but cannot understand why she would be so flippant as to find Amanda guilty with no evidence. I was the same kind of girl as Amanda, so trusting of the world and although loved intellectual pursuits, was so naive when I was her age.
She trusted the Police who could have been prejudiced against an American clever young lady, who did not fit the norms upheld by what we would call chauvanist attitude, in a tiny Italian town. Your letter hits the nail on the head.
She just didn’t know how to deal with the situation, too trusting and also must have been so stressed with her friend being murdered. Those who find Amanda guilty should look back on how mature they were at her age. Thanks

Nancy Grace is a highly educated woman who is paid to express her opinion on criminal cases. It is is our right to agree or disagree. But, just as with political commentary, we should do so only after listening with an open mind, considering differing points of view, reviewing the facts, and, finally, making up our own minds. If we then choose to disagree, it should be with respect. Not personal attacks. To do otherwise, is a poor reflection on ourselves–not on the person whose job it is to begin the discussion.

I believe she is simply trying to get people upset and responding to her. She simply has no access to evidence that the rest of us don’t have, to say she does is ridiculous. Anyone who followed the case, and knows anything about the prosocuter knows that this was a railroad job from the begining. She had nothing to do with this murder, and its ridiculous she was put in jail for 4 years because of a corrupt Italian prosocuter willing to put an inncocent person in jail to save his reputation. For Nancy Grace to say anything to support his findings is insane. She can only be looking to draw any kind of attention to herself now.

Is it possible that Amanda knows more then what she is sharing? Yes. But the evidence or lack of evidence tells me otherwise. Her behavior and her body language during the last four years also tell me she is not guilty. Imagine,if you can, being questioned by police for 50 continuous hours (over TWO DAYS!!!) in a language that you barely know and maybe you will be able to understand why things were said by her that were not true. They tricked her into saying things so that they could pin the murder on her and Raffaele. Nancy Grace was right about Casey Anthony, I feel strongly that she is absolutely wrong about Amanda Knox. I am disappointed in how heartless her words are. Her goal is to have her name remain a topic of discussion, no matter what that discussion may be. Giuliano Mignini may have met his match in her.

I am reading a book called “The Monster of Florence”. It is about a serial killer in Florence, Italy, who killed 14 young people between 1974 and 1985. The story of the murders is not as bizarre as the investigation that followed. More than a dozen people were arrested as the “Monster of Florence”, (including one of the authors of the book!) and all were released when the killings continued. The “monster” was never caught. Many, many lives were ruined by the flawed investigations and the prosecutor was accused of “abuse of power” issues. This prosecutor’s name was Giuliano Mignini, the very same prosecutor of Amanda Knox! The poor Kercher family never had a chance at justice with this clown running the show and Amanda Know is, most certainly, innocent!

She was subjected to an interrogation that was used to set her up. She lied? Or was she sleep deprived, desparate, and after hours and hours having her words twisted, her body and mind tired and confused just trying to say anything to get out of the room. Anyone who holds on that ridiculous statement about how she lied during the interrogation needs to wake up. Once she was out and clear, she told them what happened, and her story hasn’t changed since. You have no idea how desparate you would become under the same cirucuimstance, you would probably say anything too after 14 hours. They were trying to pin it on her from the begining.

Get All The Facts

Posted at 5:30 PM on October 5, 2011

Funny, I’ve been following this case for almost five years. It was a story covered in several countries by numerous news outlets. Cut to about 1 year ago when the US news outlets finally decided to write about the story and parts of the investigation and other pertinent information magically disappears. I don’t know if we will ever know who killed Meredith Kercher but I will say the US media glossed over and glammed up the story of Amanda Knox. They don’t talk about her past before she went to Perugia. Way more to the story. Not as cut and dry as most Americans believe. While I want to support a fellow countryman, I am not convinced this woman is innocent. Just because this woman is an American does not mean she could not have committed this crime. Go back to the drawing boards ABC/CBS/NBC and give the story in its entirety. For those who have a quest for the complete story, let your fingers do the walking and go back into the archives to the very beginning of the case. It may surprise you

How dare her accuse and make such statements! I wonder how she would feel if she was sent to prison and suffered for years being an innocent person. Nancy Grace is disrespectful and unprofessional, she should study law and realize that is someone was not in the scene of the crime and no DNA was found anywhere possible, the person not guilty. She is loving the story ofme orgy sexual crime and it’s disgusting to see someone from the media making this statements. Nancy Grace get a new voice, new face and body, you look like a short fat pig who has a squaky annoying voice and accent. Go to a fat farm and dance.

Nancy Disgrace is the miscarriage of justice. Read her wikipedia page. When she was a prosecutor most of her cases were over turned for prosecutorial misconduct. Meaning, she would do anything to convict, even the innocent.

The fact that people are commenting about Nancy Grace even in a negative way is giving what you say she wants, attention. So, she’s got you! nancy does alot of good on her show and to say she’s an idiot speaks more about the people calling her that than it does Nancy. Don’t like her? It isn’t a question of believing Amanda is guilty. It is the fact that there was a boat load of evidence (on, in and around Meredith) that Guede killed Meredith and nothing that said Amanda was ever even in Meredith’s room. A lot of claims were made that and suppositions offered that some signs could have been Amanda but even Migini finally said he didn’t believe Amanda was in the room.

Other than the attempts by incompetent investigators to generate a sole piece of DNA evidence that made the whole international crime science community cringe, the prosecution had nothing but insults and movie script theories to offer.

It was a Keystone Cops parody of errors, bumblings and goofs by a police force that had embaressed themselves with a rush to arrest when all the evidence to identify the real killer was right in front of their eyes and forced them to change their story (one of 9 different versions of what went on).

Their jobs are all on the line now that their incompetence has been exposed, and even the possibility of trying to create evidence with the bra clasp and a knife with bread starch on the blade offered as DNA evidence (no blood).

This was a total FUBAR by the prosecution.
