In one of the most revealing interviews she’s ever given, Kristen Stewart calls Rob her English boyfriend! Plus, she talks about having babies and getting married!
For nearly three years, we’ve watched Kristen Stewart‘s every move, using it as evidence she’s actually dating her Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson. Now, in the British GQ, the 21-year-old actress accidentally slipped on the one secret she held near and dear: her relationship with the English actor.
While discussing her time in the UK, Kristen said she was excited to see more of the country because “my boyfriend is English.”
However, when the interviewer pushed her to elaborate, she got frustrated.
“I never would have said that if I knew you were going to be interviewing me,” she said. “Yeah, I know it is. So much of my life is so easily Googled. I mean, it’s like, ‘C’mon guys. It’s so obvious.”
She added, “But this subject, I don’t think you realize what a big deal it is for people. Well, it is a big deal. And right now, even me talking about it like this is a big deal. They would be, ‘Oh. My. God.’ There would also still be a 50/50 split. Some people would still be, ‘See, told you they’re not together.’”
Kristen went on to explain her rationale behind trying to keep her relationship with Rob private.
“I don’t worry about it at all,” she admitted. “It’s just one of those things. I’m selfish. I’m like, ‘That’s mine!’ And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way. It’s a funny little game to play and it’s a slippery slope. I always say to myself I’m never going to give anything away because there’s never any point or benefit for me.”
She continued, “I guarantee whenever I get married or have a baby, everyone is going to want to know my kid’s name and I’m not going to say it for ages. That’s just the way I want to do it. It’ll come out but it won’t have come from me. They’re going to be really p***ed off that I won’t say it and I’m going to say, ‘No!’ I also have that desire to blurt stuff out, but I’ve learned I can’t do that. Now when you realize the whole world is listening. That’s why perhaps I look so uncomfortable in interviews at times. I mean, we’ve talked about hiding things and I’ve had to get much more adept at that, sadly. But I’m glad I’m not one of those actresses who is just so ready to open up for everyone.”

I think it’s all a publicity stunt. From what I just read she never said her boyfriend was Rob, just that he is English. Don’t read to much into it because there are allot of guys in England.

Come on, none of you know either Kristen or Rob personally, or anything about their relationship. For all we know they could be either split up, or engaged! and quite frankly, it’s none of our buisness. None of you can judge their realtionship, because none of you are actors/actresses and would have no idea what it’s like for them to always be apart. they’re probably used to it.

I think the more crap they hear or read, makes them stronger, so keep it coming…They are a cool couple.If I could go back to my 20′s I would be like Kristen actually I was a lot like Kristen,I did,dressed and I was My own person.I was raised by a single mom,and she was great..Now I’m 55 with 3 kids of my own,39,32,29 and they turned me on to twilight and I love It is our modern day day romeo and juliet and I love all of the books and movies.As always peace and prayers to Rob and Kristen,as well as to their families,p.s. give bear a big bone for me .Luv you guys…

to all haters that says that rob won’t confirm ever, let’s get your facts straight. it’s rob who’s been dropping hints since the early days. i’ve seen this interview that he was ask if he is dating a costar whose name rhymes with “kristin bleurt”(don’t know the spelling) and he said yes. when he was asked where his girlfriend is, he says she’s back in L.A. if you believe that he just went to london for a christening, well ther’s ans evidence that he was with kstew. then there’s the fan videos of their filming in brazil where they held hands even if the cameras are not rolling.

Let’s just wait for the BREAKING DAWN premiere in UK, if Kristen will not join Rob for the promo, then that’s really something reflective of their relationship. Kristen has to consider that besides Rob, there are millions of Robsten supporters waiting for the much awaited ROBSTEN moments during the premiere. Another consideration is that, it was included in the contract that the lead characters has to participate in the promotion of the movie, like the premiere night. If Kristen and Rob are not in good terms right now, then Kristen might use SWATH shooting as an excuse of not attending the UK premiere.

KStew is getting exactly 2 weeks off to do BD promotion, from Nov. 4th to Nov. 18th. That’s it, and it will take place in the US. She’ll do the Twilight Convention in LA and then do some talk shows and the premiere and then back to work in the UK.
She will be seen with Rob as little as possible, their talk show appearances will all be solo, there won’t be anything like them all appearing on Kimmel again. Hope you enjoyed it while it lasted, because it’s over and done with. There is no Robsten.

So now that the schedules are coming out, are you willing to admit I was right? They moved the Handprint event in Hollywood from the 4th to the 3rd, but when I posted on the 11th, it was set for the 4th.
And I still say they’ve broken up, Rob has certainly not issued any kind of confirmation about their supposed relationship, and if he says anything about it he’ll just make it into a joke or say they always get misquoted in articles. He may have been into her at one point, but those days are over. The WFE premiere was in May, that was 5 months ago and since then he’s hardly spent any time with her. Men in love don’t do that, they want to be near their real girlfriend.

A lot of jealous people insulting both Kristen and Rob. How dearly you hold onto the FWB theory when in reality, they are in a committed and mature relationship which is holding up two years later. These two are in it for the long haul. I just wish people would stop spreading lies about them all over the Internet. Leave them alone.

What kind of a boyfriend choses to only spend about a month in the same city as you and over 4 months away from you? Rob’s not working. He can afford to fly anywhere, anytime. Yet he stays in LA.
He’s just not that into her, he never was. And now that she’s blabbed about his private life, he’s done completely. Just watch, the next time they’re seen together is when they’re paid to appear for BD promotion. There’s 3 weeks between now and then, and he’s not rushing to be with her, he never does.

I’ve seen some interesting comments and would really like to know why some people think they’re relationship is falling apart? Is it because he hasn’t been back to London? Did any of you ever bother to think that he’s still in L.A. because of Bear? He can’t just up and leave him for weeks at a time. It’s difficuly to fly pets over seas. Kristen didn’t visit Rob on the set of Cosmopolis until the end of filming. Same goes for other movies they’ve both made too. They understand the demands of filming and don’t want to be distractions for each other. Everytime something positive comes out about them, the negative comments always follow.

No, he’s not in LA because of Bear. He went to his godson’s christening in London and stayed for 10 days, there are plenty of people in LA to take care of Bear if Rob wanted to travel.
He broke up with KStew while he was there in London, probably in part because he found out about this GQ interview she held in July where she said her BF was “English.” Leave it to someone as inept with language as KStew to call him English instead of British. Anyway, she was in the UK for 5 weeks before he went over for the christening and he’s partying in LA, he’s not working. He’s just not that into her, he never was or he would have said something and made it official a long time ago.
You notice he hasn’t confirmed it, don’t you? He’s letting her twist in the wind.

Stop being so cruel, calling her a stick figure. Are not super models thin, but beautiful. When Kristen made The Runaways and Eclipse, she was almost chubby. Bill Condon the director of BD had her to lose weight for the h.moon and pregnancy shots. She has trained all summer for SWATH. Now everyday she is riding horses and fighting for 14 hours a day. On top of that, she is alone and abandoned by her bf??? and dealing with a 3 yr. relationship falling apart. I admire her strenght. If you cant say anything good, then go away….

Anyone else get that crazy Sean Young vibe from these GQ pictures? All the glam make up makes her looks hard ad scary, not sexy. She doesn’t have a feminine enough figure to be sexy anyway, and those swimsuits don’t help her at all.
Her body looks like that of a five year old who doesn’t even need a top. She should know better than to let them dress her up like that, it doesn’t do her any favors.

She can say whatever she wants, interesting that Rob says nothing and tries to avoid being in the same country with her. I have a feeling he’s tired of their friends with benefits arrangement, since she’s tried to force his hand by blabbing to the media.
His silence is deafening, isn’t it? You notice he hasn’t stepped to back her up, and he keeps hanging out in LA rather than go see her. He’s not working, he’s got a beard which means he isn’t even doing photo shoots. He’s just relaxing until he gets to go on tour with Ashley. What kind of boyfriend does that? So why be an actress if you don’t want people to know you and who you are. If you love acting and want to work under the radar go work on broadway or some local theater. All she ever does in interviews is whine, and gossip about her supposedly precious private life. It would be private if she would shut up about it. I;m tired of the way she’s always making herself out to be the victim. Her teachers wouldn’t help her, her parents forced her to act, blah, blah, blah.

Sweet! Nice kids! My generation had Tom and Nicole Kidman and we were sad to see it end. Hope it all works out for the best. Love the Twilight shows. Billy Burke is my fav actor in the shows. His character has his head screwed on the right way! Very entertaining! Would like to see future movie dramas with Rob and Kristen like Tom and Nicole did. Perhaps something abstract like Eyes Wide Shut.

Well guys what can I say I love Kristen Stewart, and personally I don’t care who is she dating. I like her acting and think she is pretty unique of course I don’t know her personally (neither do you) so why hate someone you don’t even know, I would hate someone if they had done something to me but what has Kristen Stewart done to you haters?? absolutuly nothing. I’m not saying that you all have to like her, we all have our tastes and they are different. But my question is (and please those “haters” answer me, I’m honestly curious!!) why do you care?? Kristen looks beautiful as always. Rumour has it, that Rob will be in London Oct. 9th to recieve an award. There have been several sightings of him at the airport. Wonder if he will visit Kristen???? If not we all know the truth then.

Rumors you made up you mean. There have been no real airport sightings, Rob’s still in LA, where he’s been the whole time since he finished filming Cosmopolis expect for the 10 days he spent in London attending the christening of his best friend’s nephew and meeting with his UK agent. He was over there for obligations, not to see Kristen.
This interview was conducted in July, months ago. And she doesn’t say Rob is her boyfriend, it was all cleverly worded to leave that impression. You don’t hear HIM saying anything , do you? No, you don’t. It’s called letting her twist in the wind. He’s not going to confirm it now or ever. Whatever they had is over folks, move on. The next time you see them together is when they’re paid to attend the premiere of BD.
