Robert Pattinson continues to get rave revues for his performance in ‘Cosmopolis.’ Aren’t you dying to see it when it hits theaters in 2012?

We’ve heard nothing but incredible things about Robert Pattinson‘s performance in the upcoming David Cronenberg film, Cosmopolis, and now, yet another one of the 25-year-old actor’s co-stars has come out of the woodwork to congratulate him on an incredible job done.

“He’s got an edge to him in this film,” Kevin Durand told MTV recently. “He did some really excellent work that I think he should be very proud of.”

In Cosmopolis, Rob plays a dark character who, while young and rich, spends many of his spare moments hoping in and out of his car sleeping with women and getting into fights with strangers. Currently, he’s in Canada working on reshoots for the highly anticipated film.

“It’s awesome. We’re just in postproduction right now. It’s incredibly exciting,” Kevin said. “Robert is a very gracious, kind fella, and we had a great time [filming]. We had a really great time.”

Its great to see and hear all of his costars and his director say what a great job that he did on this movie. Hopefully he will finally get the respect that he deserves for his acting. Im impressed that he is so focused on his acting, working with oscar winners and world renowned and respected directors. He is truly the real deal. Its nice to see someone who is not interested in being the new it boy on mag covers, premieres, shows, ect. but instead focuses only on his acting. In the long haul I think it will serve him well. For the “it boys” of the moment often fade fast. With the respect all his peers, directors, writers, producers are paying him, he should be around along time if that is what he chooses.

Rob is great a real breath of fresh air. You don’t see him dating a new women very mouth or all over magazine covers like Kristen, I am sick of seeing that girls face. What a hollywood sale out.

Try to stir up crap on an article that does not even mention Kristen. Nice job. Your hatred is going to eat you alive – but it does not faze her life at all. Just a thought – focus on what you enjoy and not on what you don’t.

Back to the point of this article. I am excited for this movie. We will see a side of his acting we have not seen yet. Cannot wait. :)

While I think slys comment is worded too strongly and agree this article has nothing to do with Kristen, i also unfortunately also agree that her PR team is making a mistake. Too much of a push to make her sexy, too much of a push to get her face all over every mag. Overexposure often backfires. She needs to dial it back. She is pretty and a good actress, she does not need this. It lessens her in some way. Anyway back to the article. This is great for Rob. Glad he is getting great reviews from the people that actually work with him. No one that has ever worked with him has said any different. It is wonderful to hear. Cant wait for this movie

I agree with the poster above you. The article is about Rob. Why drag Kristen’s name into it?
