Ben Affleck Finally Takes On Daddy Duties! But Is He Looking A Little Too Scruffy?

Ben finally spends some quality father-daughter time with his two little ladies!

Finally Ben Affleck is spending one-on-one time with his adorable girls — giving a pregnant Jennifer Garner a break from mommy duties!  But what’s with the soon-to-be daddy-of-three’s scruffy look?

Ben stepped out in Century City, Calif., with his two daughters — Violet, 5 and Seraphina, 2.The three were spotted walking around and grabbing a bite to eat on Sunday, Oct. 1st.

Ben is currently filming his self-directed film Argo (the reason behind all of his scruff) — a  story about the rescue of six American soldiers from Iran. Ben is starring in the film with co-stars Alan Arkin, Bryan Cranston and John Goodman.

We’re happy Jen’s getting a break as she nears giving birth to her third child– which has yet to be determined boy or girl!

He also sits in a tiny chair in his daughter’s bedroom holding a baby doll
Named Frankie! And playing house with Violet. He says that he does not
Go out with the the kids …. He does not look scruffy! He looks better thsn

I for one am offended by the phrase “finally takes on daddy duties”. You have no idea what kind of father he is and what he does behind closed doors with his kids & beyond gorgeous wife. I think he is a loving and attentive father EVERYDAY. They are not like most of “married hollywood”, they look like they actually have a loving relationship and one of them is ALWAYS home with their kids…..when’s the last time either one of them have been pictured with any type of nanny??

Totally agree

Just because paparazzis don’t see him everyday with his girls (a great thing cause he cleary hates so much paps around the girls), doesn’t mean he is not spends quallity time with his daughters at their house or any other place.

Jen tell cutes stories about him with their kids.

I <3 scruffy men! Baby faced is over rated.

on another note. does anyone else feel strange when they see pics of celebrities and their kids? I mean other then than pics from photoshoots and events were the children are brought along. The candid out in public shots r really intrusive.

That is the stupidest question ever. How does being scruffy have anything to do with parenting? My Dad at times had a full beard and long scruffy hair and was 6’4” + harley boots. Biggest teddy bear and best Dad ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way he grew his hair to donate to locks of love because he was an amazing man!!!!!!!! :)
