Amanada could make a fortune due to media frenzy if she’s released from Italy — do YOU think she’ll cash in on her notoriety?

Many insiders are speculating that Amanda Knox, who was convicted in 2009 for the 2007 killing of her roommate Meredith Kercher, will be freed as her appeal trial comes to a close. But the media circus has just begun: not only are numerous outlets clamoring for the first official interview, but Amanda could make millions by selling her memoirs and the movie rights to her life!

Amanda, 24, is being pursued by superstar journalists such as NBC’s Matt Lauer and ABC’s Elizabeth Vargas, the New York Post reports.

Furthermore, the Daily Mail speculates that her memoirs — which she wrote in prison — could go for top dollar, and that several movie studios are hoping to move forward with adaptations of her life for the big screen. All of this could earn Amanda quite a payday — if she’s set free, that is!

What do you think, HollywoodLifers — will Amanda go free?

I think she should cash in. What has been done to her is reprehensible. I’ll certainly buy her book. But I don’t believe she’s written any memoirs yet.

I think she SHOULD cash in! Her grandmother spent her savings AND took out 250 000 in loans I think Amanda owes it to her grandmother and family to help them out like they helped her and stood by her
