During a promo before she performed on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ Demi Lovato showed off a little nose stud — and it looked great on her!

Demi Lovato brought her pipes — and a new accessory — to the Dancing with the Stars stage Sept. 27. The 19-year-old singer debuted a nose piercing that we could only see right before she took to the stage to perform her single, “Skyscraper.”

Of course, the performance was flawless on Demi’s behalf. Plus, it was enhanced with four dancers, who performed a beautiful contemporary routine to the inspirational ballad.
